Bundle consists of:
 
-Gut and Colon Detox (30 capsules) 10 days 
 
-Parasite Detox (24 capsules) 6 days 
 
 
*Parasite - Take 2 in morning after breakfast (just fruit recommended) and 2 after lunch 
*Gut and colon -Take 2 about an hour before bed. 
*Recommended to alternate days starting with parasite first day and then colon second day and so forth until done - Parasite will last 6 days and colon 10 days* 
Some people like to use a binder like activated charcoal, bentonite clay or chlorella to ease die off symptoms. Can also use black pepper or spirulina
When parasite cleansing I will take about 1/2-1 tsp of preferred binder 1-2 x per day when experiencing any die off symptoms

Cleared my Worries and Gut
