The lymphatic system is sometimes considered to be apart of the immune system. It consists of a network of lymph vessels and ducts that collect excess fluid (lymph) from extracellular spaces in tissues and transport the fluid to the bloodstream.

The lymphatic system also includes many small collections of tissue, called lymph nodes and an organ called the spleen; both of which remove pathogens and cellular debris from the lymph or blood. In addition, the thymus gland in the lymphatic system produces some types of white blood cell that fight infections.

The lymphatic system is often called "the garbage disposal of the body." It was created to detoxify the body and cells of metabolic waste.  

These superb formulas were created to cleanse (detoxify) and strengthen the lymphatic tissues and nodes of the body, and to strengthen the immune system.

**We strongly suggest pairing this formula with our Kidneys & Bladder formula to assist with proper filtration and elimination of Lymphatic waste**

-Take 3 capsules daily around noon;

-Make one cup of tea in the morning and one in the afternoon

Suggested directions: Use around 2 tablespoons with 1.5 cup of water; boil for 5 minutes and then let turn on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes and let it steep; drink twice daily
